Beth has worked in Healthcare Administration for over 30 years. Most recently, Beth was the President and Chief Operating Officer of RosmanSearch, a highly specialized physician staffing firm.  Before joining RosmanSearch, Beth worked as Director of Hospital Contracting for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Permanente.

Beth has extensive experience advising hospitals and practices on staffing strategic planning, helping physicians think through their hiring and career next steps and assisting practices with contracting and mitigating risk.  She holds an MBA from the University of Vermont and completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University.
