Brenda Thompson has more than 20 years of experience, focusing on Orthopedics. She has a strong background in surgical coding, auditing, denial review, and education. Most recently, working in pediatric orthopedics educating physicians and coders on documentation integrity and coding accuracy.  

Brenda is certified through the American Academy of Professional Coders, holding a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Orthopedic Surgery Coder (COSC), and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) credentials.
