Cathy brings an impressive 29 years of healthcare experience to the helm. Her journey began as a registered nurse, evolving into a seasoned administrative leader with a remarkable 16-year tenure in hospital administration and Service Line leadership. Notably, Cathy held a Market VP role for 10 years, providing oversight for Orthopedic, Spine, and Cardiovascular Service Lines. Her extensive background has made her a published author and a sought-after presenter at national and regional conferences in Orthopedics, Practice Management, and Service Line Operations.

Most recently, Cathy served as a founding member of a nationally acclaimed Orthopedic Staffing and Management company, showcasing her dedication to innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry.

We want to assure you that, amidst these changes, Karen Zupko remains a member of our team, contributing as a valued founder/consultant. Her expertise and passion for advancing healthcare solutions continue to ensure continuity and a seamless transition.
